The Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, La. posted recent research that shows eating eggs for breakfast can keep you fuller, longer.

“This study shows that diets with higher protein quality may enhance satiety, leading to better compliance and success of a weight loss diet,” researcher Nikhil Dhurandhar, PhD, says in a news release.
