Publix Healthy Value Meal – Orange Cumin Shrimp Skewers

Shrimp skewers are only $1 each this week at Publix!


Orange Cumin Shrimp Skewers

5 Shrimp Skewers

2 oranges, juiced and zested

1/8 cup lime juice

2 teaspoons cumin

2 Tablespoons olive oil

2 Tablespoons tomato paste

1 garlic glove, minced

1 scallion, diced

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix juices, cumin, oil, tomato paste, garlic, and scallion. Allow shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 2 minutes per side.

I also marinated some chicken in this and it turned out great too!
