Cancer Stoppers

In his newbook, Clinical Epigenetics, Prof. Trygve Tollefsbol of the University of AL, states that his research has shown that, while we once believed gene structure caused most cancer, we now know that more than one half of cancer cases are caused by gene activity. Foods such as grapes, tomatoes, broccoli, parsley, garlic, turmeric, and green tea actually “turn on” genes that suppress malignant tumors. You can interrupt bad gene activity and help fight off a horrible disease!

Try this Indian Spiced Curry Turkey Soup from Muscle and Fitness Magazine.  You can also use leftover chicken or pork to make this a quick meal and add 1 cup of broccoli with the tomato and turkey to really add a cancer-fighting punch!
