What Will Be on Your Thanksgiving Table?

Our family does a potluck-style Thanksgiving meal, and I am responsible for two desserts. I will be preparing my favorite Ricotta Cheesecake as well as a Pumpkin Pie. For the pie, I purchased an organic pie crust and I will be using a recipe from Cooking Light but will be replacing the brown sugar with organic sugar.
