Baked Vidalia Onion Dip and Other Super Bowl Recipes

Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

This is a family recipe that originally was made with mayonnaise. I replaced the mayo with plain greek yogurt and 1 egg white.

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 1 qt baking dish. Bake at 400
for 20-25 minutes and until gold and bubbly. Serve with whole grain crackers and veggie slices.
