Our New Favorites – Udi’s Cinnamon Raisin bread and Feng Shui Rice Crackers

I always like to try new products when they fit into our eating clean diet. Over the past few weeks, I have picked up to new items that have become favorites in our house.
Udi’s Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Bread
And
Feng Shui Seaweed Rice Crackers

Usually, gluten-free breads have a tendency to be heavy and grainy. But Udi’s is very similar to a wheat-based loaf. My kids have been enjoying a slice with reduced-fat cream cheese almost every morning. Since they usually have. PB & J on whole wheat bread for lunch, I don’t mind the additional bread at breakfast since it offers a bit of variety into their diet.  You can find this bread at Publix and health food stores.

I found the Feng Shui Seawood Rice Crackers in the gluten-free section of Publix. They were on sale ($1.49), and so I picked up a bag to try and I’ve picked up a few more bags since then. They’ve been coming with us to ballet for a quick snack, they have made their way into school lunches, and I have crushed them up a bit and used them on my salads as croutons. They also make just plain (no seaweed) crackers and wasabi ones too.
