Spiced Fig Hummus and Gorganzola Pear Slices


This use of my Spiced Fig Hummus  was inspired by a recent appetizer that I had at a fundraiser. Grilled pears were placed on top of toast tips and then topped with Gorgonzola, chopped nuts, and fresh rosemary.

I put my own twist on it by placing a dollop of Spiced Fig Hummus on ripe pear slices, and then sprinkling on some Gorganzola cheese and chopped rosemary. You can still place this on top of the toast or keep it extra light by serving as pictured.
