Carrabba’s Creamy Parmesan Dressing

I am not a big fan of restaurant chains, however, I do enjoy dining at Carrabba’s. Here is  remake of their creamy parmesan dressing. It’s easy and will last about a week in the fridge. Serve over a bed of fresh romaine, sliced carrots, celery, onion, and black olives.

  • 1/2 cup mayo (I recommend Earth Balance or Whole Foods 365 Mayo)

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 1-2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • juice of 1/2 of a lemon

  • a dash of pepper

  • Place all ingredients into a mason jar, screw top on tightly, and shake well.
