Valentine Strawberry Yogurt Pops

These strawberry yogurt pops are simple to prepare, filled with protein and antioxidants, and fun to eat!

2 cups frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon organic cornstarch
1 tablespoon 100% fruit juice (orange, grape, apple, or whatever you have!)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Whisk together starch and liquid. Place in a microwavable bowl and add in berries. Microwave for 2 minutes and then mash berries some with a large spoon or beater. Place back in microwave and heat another 2 minutes. Stir and place in fridge to cool for about 10 minutes. Mix yogurts together and place in fridge. After the 10 minutes, fill bottom of Popsicle molds 1/3 of the way with yogurt. Then place in berry mixture and top with yogurt again. Place in Popsicle stick. Repeat making a total of 6-8 popsicles. Place in freezer and enjoy in about 4 hours or so.
