The individual Greek yogurts with fruit are a high protein snack, but they do have a good bit of sugar added to them. Here is what I’ve come up with in order to still have the convenient, “traveling” fruity yogurt minus the added sugar…
I blend strawberries and bananas in a blender. I pour the blended fruit into ice cube trays, and then freeze them. I place the frozen cubes into a freezer bag. When it’s time to head out the door, I put one cube into a small plastic container and pack it along with the single serving plain Greek yogurt. By snack or lunchtime, the fruit is thawed and ready to mix!
