Visibly Fit™ Change Agent

Michele Terry - Visibly Fit Coach 2019

Many years ago, I began blogging about nutrition, exercise, and Jesus. Maybe you liked my Facebook page, or maybe you signed up for email notifications for when I would post. However you followed me, thank you for reading and staying with me! You may have noticed how my blogs have evolved over time. During the early years of writing, I was diagnosed with uveitis which is an eye disease that can lead to blindness. As I worked with an eye specialist, a local doctor, and began my own research, I slowly made the transition to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. I originally took oral steroids and methotrexate, but eventually pulled myself off of them and concentrated on nutrition. I believe our bodies are designed to heal themselves when given the right environment. I am grateful for doctors, their expertise and the times when medicine is truly needed to assist our bodies in the healing process. However, I am most grateful that God has blessed us with an abundance of colorful and fun foods that enable the body to combat so many diseases and disorders. When we incorporate the proper foods, exercise, and the feeding of our spirits, God can work a miracle within us!

During this past year and a half, I have worked alongside Wendie Pett and am a Certified Change Agent for Visibly Fit™. I am thrilled to be able to assist in coaching clients as they seek to become healthy and fully engaged in life. I know you too will LOVE all that Visibly Fit™ represents.
