Brussel Sprouts and Biceps

Aleyah was reading the back of the Kashi cereal box to me the other day. Here was one of the questions that was asked:

“Which has the most protein by weight?”

  • Brussel sprouts
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli

The answer…Brussel sprouts!
