Kick the Soda Habit & Lose Pounds

Did you know that 1 lb is equal to 3,500 calories? Drinking 2 cans of soda (200 calories each) per day, equals an extra pound every nine days! Working Off a Donut

Thankfully, I am not a big sweet eater. However, when I am tempted to grab a quick treat, I think about how far I would have to run in order to work it off.
