We need to help people see the easy ways to get sugar out of their diet like avoiding soda and changing their snacks.
I try to eat whole wheat crackers instead of cookies around bed time. It satisfies my need to eat, have something crunchy and has less sugar than Oreos. I also use less sugar in my coffee and none in my tea.
It’s hard even when you know.

/ January 16, 2015BJ’s makes great granola, but it is loaded w/ sugar also. I try old fashioned oatmeal several days of the week. Probably eat too much Raisin Bran.

/ January 16, 2015I switched to oats, nuts/seeds, raisins, honey, cinnamon and almond milk. Its perfect!
